PWA Sylt World Cup

Day 1

Not much was happening at the PWA Sylt World Cup on the first day. More than 100 of the worlds best windsurfers in Waves, Slalom and Freestyle spent the time tuning their equipment and adjusting their Colgate stickers. The wind failed to co-operate. The forecast for the next day is looking a bit more promising to at least run some slalom racing. However, starting on Monday it looks like the wind will kick in to run either some wave or freestyle action. Will keep you posted here.

On the evening of the first day was the premiere of Four Dimensions at the local theatre. Its the best windsurfing video Ive ever seen and really showcases what level windsurfing has come to today in waves, big-air and freestyle.
